Hugh Hefner`s son charged with assaulting his girlfriend
Marston was arrested earlier this month after allegedly attacking Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair inside the couple`s apartment and now he faces over a year in a jail after being charged with inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
According to TMZ.com, Marston is also facing punishment for vandalism after he allegedly damaged Claire`s laptop during the heated argument.
Marston, 21, has previously confessed growing up as the son of Playboy magazine founder Hugh - who is known for dating hundreds of beautiful women - did have its problems.
He said: "Well, as a 15-year-old kid, seeing naked people occasionally - it`s just the lifestyle of growing up as Hugh Hefner`s son, in his shadow. It`s not a boo-hoo sob story. But it`s not the same as every other kid."
The media mogul`s other son Cooper, 20, has also previously admitted it is strange when his octogenarian father has girlfriends who are younger than him.
He said: "The Playboy Mansion is home. I`ve never known anything else, so to me it`s normal - as ridiculous as that sounds.
"Although it is a little weird now that some of dad`s girlfriends are actually younger than me."
